Scoping Murrembong 2.4GHz shootout

15/2/2014 - We checked out Murrembong Scout Campsite - Day Use area.  We are planning a 2.4/3.4GHz shootout in April, initially we thought of running it at the Redcliffe Club's premise but the local wi-fi noise will make it a waste of time.

We setup a couple of laptops on a local wired LAN (no wi-fi permitted) and succesfully RDP to the laptop running the Synth NV software.  And then ran out the 100m length of CAT5 and setup the source across the powerlink easement.

A successful day indicating a very quiet RF location and the viability of running a remote Synth NV source.
